We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:

• Unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

• With all original tags attached.

• In its original packaging.

• Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Damages and Issues

We recommend inspecting your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and provide a resolution.

3. Non-Returnable Items

4. Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
All approved exchanges or replacements will be completed within 7 days.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the refund approval status. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
