1. How can I place an order?

Browse our collection, select your preferred items, choose the size, and click “Add to Cart.” Proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping details, and complete the payment to confirm your order.

2. Do I need to create an account to order?

No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account helps you track your orders and manage future purchases more easily.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, wallet payments, and net banking options available in India.

4. When will my order be shipped?

All orders are packed and handed over to our delivery partner by 10:00 AM the next day after placing your order. You will receive a tracking link once it is dispatched.

5. How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Locations: 4–7 business days

6. Do you offer free shipping?

We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional periods. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.

7. Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

8. What is your return policy?

We accept returns only for damaged products or undeliverable orders, which qualify for a full refund. For size or misfit exchanges, please email us within 7 days of delivery, and any additional shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

9. How do I request an exchange or return?

Send us an email at contact@ksln.in with your order ID, reason for return, and product photos if applicable. Our team will review and guide you through the next steps.

10. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number and a link to monitor your parcel’s journey.

11. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship only within India. We plan to expand international shipping soon.
